About me...
My name is Fruzsi. I am a massage therapist, neurosomatic practitioner, and an independent researcher. I have been practicing the art of massage since 2011, originally trained in Western, science-backed techniques. Over the years my approach has been enriched by the vast therapeutic heritage of traditional Oriental medicine.
Since 2022, I have been working as a neurosomatic practitioner, a path silently shaped by years of thorough study and experimentation in neuroscience, biopsychology, stress and trauma research, and biophysics, building upon the foundation of mindful manual therapy approach.
For the past decade, I have worked primarily as a mobile therapist—traveling, studying, and exploring the human being in all its complexity through science, yoga, mindfulness practices, music, psychedelic medicine, and diverse healing traditions. This journey has allowed me to weave my skills into not only a refined approach to manual therapy but also a coherent, holistic understanding of human nature and bio-psychodynamics.
Touch, cognitive, emotional and energetic attunment are elemental to us, and I am honoured to bring it to people in a way that feels familiar, attuned, resonant and deeply supportive. I am trauma-aware, nervous system literate, and work with high sensorimotor coherence.
