More than a massage ..

Every body tells a different story. Rather than following a single technique or routine, each
treatment is individually tailored by combining the strengths of multiple manual therapy
traditions.

The aim is not simply to release tight muscles, but to restore balance throughout
the body’s interconnected systems - reducing pain, improving movement, calming the
nervous system and supporting your body’s natural capacity to heal.

Whether you are recovering from injury, dealing with persistent tension, chronic pain or
simply looking to move and feel better, each session is designed around what your body
needs on that particular day.

My work integrates techniques and principles from: • Remedial Massage • Sports Massage • Thai Massage and Assisted Stretching • Shiatsu • Yumeiho Therapy • Osteopathic manual techniques • Myofascial and soft tissue therapy • Meridian-informed bodywork Rather than remaining loyal to a single school of manual therapy, I combine the most effective principles from each discipline into one coherent treatment. Every modality has strengths and limitations; integrating them allows me to select the most appropriate techniques for the individual in front of me rather than fitting the client into one methodology. Treatment addresses not only muscles, but fascia, joints, posture, movement patterns, circulation, breathing and nervous system regulation. The result is a treatment that works simultaneously on structural, neurological and physiological levels while remaining deeply restorative.

"Fruzsina's technique was outstanding, her understanding of body tensions helped to release tight energy and had an immediate impact on the quality of my sleep for a few days after her treatment. Highly recommended for postpartum treatments."
